During our exercise contact with the order of sentient life has divulged this information.
The order of sentient life has decreed that it is improper to have direct contact with another sentient’s home world without proper approval of the order of sentient life. This means that all home worlds of any sentient are strictly off limits to any other sentient. That includes our world Earth.

This decree was intended to prevent improper activity among sentient races. The invasion or exposure that could cause introduction of microbe life and other exotic life forms to that world and cause the extinction of all manner of indigenous life of that world. This is unthinkable to them, to cause the elimination of any life form of a foreign world. Only if the world was likely to be destroyed and all the indigenous life of that world was likely to be lost then and only then could the order of sentient life be inclined to allow another sentient life form that was not indigenous to that world to take actions to a home world that is not of there own.

All viewing of this world can be done from a distance, and the need of making any kind of contact is unnecessary. This world creates very strange apparitions that can and often are mistaken for UFOs. Top Secret Air and Space Crafts have been sited and the associated government uses the UFO claim as a form of smoke screen to generate misinformation.

The sighting of Manned Probes and not just Unmanned Probes and Other have caused some great concern. A verified sighting of a large craft that was not just a remote probe but a truly manned vessel inclines a several questions.

Are we in mortal danger of extinction? If so, how soon?

Another possibility is cropping up.

The very close encounters of UFOs with air and sea crafts with little regard of there occupants of those fragile air and sea crafts have raised suspicions of what they are looking for. The oceans hide quite a bit under the waves and sediment below.

The Earth is harboring someone or something that they are looking for. I sincerely doubt that the order of sentient life would consider asking us, for it would put us in a unique bargaining position. Also it would more then likely put us in extreme risk, a risk that they obviously think they can avoid, but for how long?

Finding of our research has raised several serious questions. It also has raised the awareness that we are about to make an all to close encounter very soon. Plans from the order of sentient life has been touched on by our awareness, but the full details of these plans are some how being hidden from us and or information has been restricted from discussion by other agencies.
